this year has been a very inlightaning expirence for me I have learned alot from my group members and what it is like to work as a team Im going to continue on working on animation of my own but will look back at this year with fond toughts >_<.

Ram BlendShapes

This is the ram model i had been working on it was just a test i had done of only a few blend shapes I desided to stop when moe who was working on one had finished befor me so it made more sence for me to work on somthing else at the time but if had spent a little more time perfecting it, it could have been quite a nice little model.

Chain and flag Test

This is a test of how the flag and chain would fair together there was no problems importing the the cain to the flag but it was an nusance tring to get the cain to act right with the pole it took a while to find the the correct settings in the attributes of the hair deformer I used to make the chain act so but got there in the end.

This is a test os an IK handle for hair I have created it to give the flag a more realisic affect by giving it a chain or rope blowing in the wind but this is just a test of its limits.

ive had a bit of trouble with maya keep crashing that was a pain i

think it was somthing to with the the dynamics in the scene but i just had

late work

ive just been given some work from moe and charlie to do at short notice and have to model some objects very quickly charlie has spesified that i do some models of a grenade and a roket lancher to be used in a new scene which has a small shack exploding charlie is working on the dynamics and im on the animation and model side of things. things seem to be going well and the work looks good hopfully this new scene will give the film a bit of danger to the mix.

This is the tooth pulling scene animated and coloured in this was quite and agravating scene as the hair was cut off by the photo copier what a pain >_<

plus i have done a still painting of mourts mouth i've tried to in keep with the movies style but tried to make it look a bit more detailed in the colour and shading tecnique but making it look a bit more gross as well there is a darker vesion and a lighter one

For the animation on the prof I have had to learn illistrator and flash to the extent of vectoring, colouring and frame rate I first started out with illistrator by getting the scans of the drawings and then making them into a vector then put them in to flash as the vector drawing will not get distortionate if you make them bigger and then it was just a case of fiding the right frame rate for each drawing.

Chicken Coop

this is a chiken coop for the models of chickens which moe has done so they dont look out of place Plus using different textures i've given it a more wartorn fell than the rustic look you mostly get.

Shed

This is the same model just with a fire dynamic for when the gang attacks happen i had to tern down the fire intencerty to stop it looking like a blazing fire I just want a little bit of fire >_<

I've modeled a kind of shed/garage shanty shack which we can put next to a larger structure to bring out the vastness of the other structure

Me and moe had an idea to perk up the water pump part of the story as it seemed the weekest part so we disided to give it more perspective by going into the water pumps perspective and using it as a kind of snipers scope to zoom in on the action to give it that more war feel.

This is another car in the style of the 2o's/3o's I really want to model a car from the 70's as it is my favorite point in modern history a car like the mark 3 ford cortina would be nice but with this one I have just done the body and left it as a sell for the junk yard scene.

I went to the Kidrobot show wich is like a expo for designer toys, I went with mem and tash to unwined and get a bit of insperation, It was very fun and worth the trip plus got my toy book signed by some of the top toy designers sweet! >_<

RAM Clay Model

Ihave done a clay model of ram using milliput and super sculpt it has a phome center and wire in some places and a copper pipe for the standand an MDF wood for the place stand it needs a bit of touching up in areas but looks like the picture and the 3D version.

This is just a quick modelof a bill board we can use to ad a bit of intresting signs in the background

This is a model af an old steam train I have done I modeled it in mind of using it in moe's or chris's project as it can be taken apart and used as junk or just intreting objects scattered around the place its quite low poly for a object of its caliber so texturing will not be to bad not sure if it will get used but it was fun to work on.

I have had a think about what kind of junk would be good to have on the junk planet and it seems to me that the bigger the junk the more space it will take up and in turn less modeling to get done also I have to take into acount the number of polys for the junk so that the computers can handle the amout of models in the surroundings.

A car seems like a good start so I have chosen one that has a bit of history to it and fits in with the whole steam punk theme to the film.
